Ask a new question. I need a download tool to load Windows 10 Version on another PC. This is the highest version of windows 10 that this PC is able to take. I'm stuck at "Choose your keyboard layout" screen and have tried everything I can find. I need some files off the PC. It won't let me copy or get any files off of it error msg something like the USB drive is too small or partitioned wrong - which is not true - 1.
