I did run the WU Troubleshooter again after receiving your reply. It stated a problem was found and fixed, no specifics. Also said to run the task again. This issue will not allow any further updates to proceed.

Please try these methods that you haven't tried. Manually download and install the update from the Microsoft Update Catalog. Upgrade windows Upgrade using Windows Update Assistant.
